SITE MANAGEMENT HUB

Site Management covers everything that happens on the ground — who is on site, whether they are inducted and licensed, what was done today, and the safety and quality records that go with it. It is the largest module in Plexa and the one most people on a project open daily.

Site Management has its own "Site Menu" down the left. Everything in this section is reached from there.

What you'll find here:

  • Safety Management → The tile grid that fronts eleven registers — personnel, contractors, equipment, permits, safety documents, incidents and more
  • Personnel → Who is on site, their induction state, approval and licence currency. The register most used day to day
  • Safety Documents → SWMS, Safety Management Plans and Safety Data Sheets, with compliance status
  • Permits → High-risk work permits, their progress and validity window
  • Incidents and Observations → Incidents, injuries and safety observations, each with its own register
  • Equipment → Plant and equipment on site, with service due dates
  • Quality Management → Inspection and Test Plans, ITCs, quality observations and quality documents
  • Site Diary → The daily record of works, kept on a calendar
  • Meetings and Inspections → Site meetings and formal inspections
  • Site Photos → Progress photography filed against the project
  • Bulletins → Notices issued to people on site, with acknowledgement tracking
  • Dilap Reports → Dilapidation reports and their templates

Which entries appear depends on how the project is configured and what your role allows. A shorter Site Menu than the one pictured is normal.

One Thing to Know First

"Bookings & Deliveries" opens in a new browser tab rather than replacing the page. If selecting it appears to do nothing, check your other tabs before reporting a fault.
