Your First Week in Plexa
Plexa covers a lot of ground, but almost nobody needs all of it. This section is the short path from your invitation email to doing real work, and it is deliberately ordered — each page assumes the one before it.
Work through these five pages in order. Together they take about fifteen minutes and cover everything a new user needs before touching a module.
What you'll find here:
- Sign into Plexa → Accept your invitation, sign in with a password or your Microsoft account, and reset a password that has stopped working
- Two-Factor Authentication → The extra sign-in code, setting up an authenticator app, and recovery codes
- Choose Your Project → Pick the project you are working on. Most of Plexa stays empty until you do this, so it matters more than it sounds
- Find Your Way Around → A guided tour of the sidebar, grouped the way Plexa groups it, so you know where things live
- What You Can and Cannot See → Why your Plexa may look different from a colleague's, and what to do when a menu you expect is missing
- Set Up Your Profile → Add your name, position and photo, and change your password
If you only read one page, make it Choose Your Project — nearly every "Plexa looks empty" question comes down to no project being selected.
